Job Overview


If you would like to be part of a dynamic team of professional Project Managers – Robert B. Our Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an experienced project manager with background experience in General Site and Utility construction projects. We offer very competitive compensation and benefits and a seasoned support staff.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the management of Site and Utility Construction. Responsibilities will include the clear understanding of all contract documents, review of proposals and bids to insure compliance with plans and specifications, establish and negotiate all subcontracts, and purchase orders necessary for the performance of the work, the creation and updating of project schedules, establishment of overall work plans and ensuring adequate staffing for each phase of the project, manage company safety plan, ensure strict compliance with OSHA requirements, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with project owners, Engineers, and local building officials,  as well as our internal staff. A proven record of seeing projects through the full life cycle, managing project performance, and detailed recordkeeping is required.

Candidates should have an OSHA 10 certification minimum.
