What You’ll Do
Our Member Relationship Advisors advocate for a positive and meaningful customer and team member experience by overseeing the daily operations of the teller line. There is no list of products to sell – we strive to create long-lasting relationships by delivering valuable service to our members.
What We Require
One plus years of experience working in a financial institution to include some teller and/or customer service experience. First Citizens’ believes training and learning are always possible when you have a can-do attitude. All we ask is that you have the want to help others and our community. The rest, we can figure out together.
