What You’ll Do
Our Portfolio Specialist ensures a high-level of needs fulfillment during each interaction. We support and service multiple financial institutions by contacting delinquent customers to secure payments, prevent mitigation, and reduce loss.
What We Require
This role requires six months of customer service experience – the rest we can figure out together. We believe training and learning are always possible when you have a can-do attitude. All we ask is that you have the want to help others and our community.
